We chose June 20th, 2025 - the Summer Solstice - as our wedding date because it represents the peak of growth and new beginnings. Just as the sun reaches its highest point, our union signifies our journey together and the start of a new chapter. The vibrant energy of this day perfectly reflects the love and excitement we feel as we embark on this lifelong adventure as husband and wife!

We’re happy to provide complimentary shuttle service to and from our wedding venue, RGNY, for your convenience. Please see the transportation schedule below: Shuttle Schedule to RGNY:4:00 PM – First shuttle picks up guests from Hotel Indigo East End and heads directly to RGNY 4:35 PM – Second shuttle picks up guests from Hyatt Place East End 4:45 PM – Second shuttle then picks up guests from Hilton Garden Inn Riverhead and then continues to RGNY Return Shuttle:At the end of the evening, one return shuttle will bring guests back to all three hotels: Hotel Indigo, Hyatt Place, and Hilton Garden Inn. If you have a friend or family member who’s driving and can offer you a ride back to your hotel, we encourage you to coordinate with them, as shuttle space may be limited!!!!!! Please arrive at your hotel’s designated pick-up spot a few minutes early, as shuttles will leave promptly. We can’t wait to celebrate with you! Around 35 minutes from the hotel blocks, Greenport is our favorite charming seaside town. With historic architecture, hip restaurants, and a thriving beer, wine, and spirits scene, it attracts weekenders seeking a more casual alternative to the ritzy Hamptons across the bay. Also a great destination for wine lovers, boasting over 60 unique vineyards!

If you want to experience our favorite beach in Westhampton, head to Cupsogue on Dune road in Westhampton Beach! Get there early as the parking lot fills up quick during the peak season.

Around 20 minutes from the hotel blocks, Westhampton Beach is our favorite town on the South Fork and only 10 minutes from Claire's childhood home. This town has several adorable clothing boutiques and surf shops, bars, and great coffee spots. It's also only 10 minutes from Cupsogue beach.

One of the most beautiful wineries in NY, this stunning site is right on the water! Sip on some rose and enjoy the view.

Bedell Cellars is a beautiful vineyard close to the hotel blocks and typically has live music every weekend! A great hangout spot and nice for large groups.

Claire's favorite vineyard, Croteaux, is the only rose-only vineyard in the US. It has several variations of rose that will blow your mind - PLUS everything is pink.

Right down the street from Cupsogue Beach, Dockers is our favorite spot for drinks on the dock after the beach or a nice seafood sunset dinner.

Our favorite summer spot in Greenport, if you do head out east on the North Fork Claudio's waterfront is a must. This outdoor - on the water bar / restaurant has live music all summer and great if you want to grab a drink and some great local seafood.

Our Story

Like all great modern love stories, this one started with a swipe. Logan and Claire matched on Bumble, and within a few messages, Logan—wasting no time—asked her out over spicy margaritas. Little did he know, he had just unknowingly played his first power move: they were Claire’s favorite. As fate (or the Bumble algorithm) would have it, they lived just a few blocks apart, and from the moment they met in person, the spark was undeniable. Conversation flowed, laughs were constant, and when Logan walked Claire home that night, it was clear—this wasn’t just a good first date, it was the first date. Round two happened at Terra in Tribeca, where sparks continued to fly. It was there that Logan realized Claire’s energy was equal parts infectious and chaotic (in the best way), and Claire realized that Logan’s laid-back, Ohio-bred demeanor was the perfect balance to her New Yorker-level enthusiasm. Just weeks later, in a move that can only be described as “efficient,” Logan introduced Claire to his parents and asked her to be his girlfriend—all in the same night. She said yes, obviously, and from there, the adventure began. Logan’s love for travel meant they were always off on a new adventure, while Claire’s infectious energy made every trip even more memorable. Together, they’ve built a life filled with exploration, spontaneity, and plenty of laughter. Logan’s calm, thoughtful nature keeps things steady, while Claire’s excitement and playful spirit make every moment feel special—ensuring there’s never a dull moment. Fast forward 6.5 years, and their Williamsburg apartment is filled with everything they love—good food, great friends, and probably some leftover spicy margarita ingredients. Now, they’re gearing up for their biggest adventure yet: getting married. From a swipe to a lifetime—this is just the beginning.

Please book ASAP!There’s been an unexpectedly high demand for hotel rooms in the Hamptons and North Fork area next June - many places are already fully booked including the Hotel Indigo listed below. Additionally, with Juneteenth falling on Thursday, it’s also a holiday weekend. If you’re planning to attend, we strongly recommend reserving your room asap!

Accommodation Details

Unfortunately, this hotel block and the hotel itself are fully booked for our wedding weekend. Please book one of the other hotels on this list. This hotel is gorgeous and is where we are hosting our afterparty! It is also where we plan to have the bus pick up and drop off guests. The hotel includes breakfast and features a beautiful outdoor pool and a great onsite restaurant. Plus, it’s conveniently located near Tanger Outlets, perfect if you plan to do some shopping during your stay.

Our room block at this hotel is now fully booked, but there are still rooms available at the regular rate. This hotel, located conveniently near the venue in the center of Riverhead town, features a pool and offers a great spot for your stay. We were able to reserve a small number of rooms for Thursday and Friday nights, but due to an onsite wedding, the hotel is fully booked on Saturday. Hyatt Place Long Island/East End

We have a room block booked at the Hilton Garden Inn, located just a 2 minute drive from Hotel Indigo. If you have Hilton points, this is a great opportunity to use them! Please book before May 2025 to secure your room! We have blocked rooms here for Thursday and Friday night, however they do have Saturday night availability if you wish to stay for the full weekend. Hilton Garden Inn Riverhead

The Preston Hotel

We do not have a room block here, however this hotel is just next door to the Hilton and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. All rooms are suites with a comfy living area and a kitchen, so you’ll feel right at home. Plus, there's an outdoor pool and a jacuzzi tub to help you unwind after a busy day. Residence Inn Long Island East End

This waterfront resort is perfect for those who'd like to immerse themselves in the full East End summer experience. The hotel has an onsite restaurant, waterfront pool, and is just minutes from the quaint town of Greenport. This hotel does not offer room block rates. Please note - this hotel is a 20 minute drive from our wedding venue and not close to the other hotels so please plan accordingly!

Sound View Greenport

This beachfront resort is a luxurious, small boutique hotel perfect for those seeking the full North Fork experience. It boasts private outdoor jacuzzi tubs, a sauna, and a waterfront beach just 5 minutes from our venue. Though it is on the pricier side, it’s where some of the bridal party and the bride and groom will be staying. Please note that they do not offer room block rates.

The North Fork offers some lovely Airbnbs, which can be pricier but are great for groups. Whether you prefer a waterfront view or a cozy cottage, there's something for everyone. We recommend booking early for the best options.

From NYC & Brooklyn

Drive: All guest hotels are about a 1.5 hour drive from Brooklyn and NYC. Consider summertime traffic is heavy going out towards the Hamptons in June so give yourself extra time! <a href="https://www.hamptonjitney.com/hjmobile/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Hampton Jitney</a>: Take the North Fork Line to Aquebogue, or Riverhead, NY (Depending on Hotel). From here, you can uber to your hotel. <a href="https://www.mta.info/agency/long-island-rail-road" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Long Island Railroad</a>: The train can be taken from Penn Station or Grand Central to Riverhead or Mattituck, NY. From here, you can uber to your hotel.

From Cleveland

Flight into JFK or LGA: If you prefer a direct flight you can fly into LGA or JFK, which are both 1 hour and 15 minutes from all guest hotels. Ubers will be expensive from these airports to the North Fork, so we recommend getting a ride or renting a car. Flight into ISP: You can also fly from CLE to Long Island MacArthur Airport (ISP) which is about a 30 minute drive from guest hotels via Uber or car rental. There are no direct flights, but Southwest flies this route with a short layover in Baltimore, with travel time just under 4 hours. Drive: The drive from Cleveland to the North Fork is about 8.5 hours - so if you love road trips you're welcome to take that route!

To celebrate our summer solstice wedding, our dress code is Black Tie Optional - Color Encouraged to reflect the season's charm! For women, we encourage summer hues and florals—just please avoid white. Men are welcome to wear neutral, black, or light-colored suits or tuxedos. Think elevated garden party for inspiration. Just a heads-up—our ceremony will take place at the vineyard on grass, so be sure to wear shoes that are comfortable and suitable for the terrain. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in style!
